  • If the service is substantially completedor delivered, no refund will be issued.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order if the client breaches our terms, fails to make payment, or submits content that violates legal or ethical standards. Refund Process If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after written confirmation.
