If the cancellation request is received beforeany work has started, you will receive a full refund.
If the project has partially progressed, we may issue a partial refund, after deducting the cost of completed work and administrative fees.
If the service is substantially completedor delivered, no refund will be issued.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order if the client breaches our terms, fails to make payment, or submits content that violates legal or ethical standards. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Refund Process If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after written confirmation.
